The hobbits' party was in full swing, when they were suddenly joined by the noted wizard Spandalf. In his long, glittery cloak, he was the very picture of a Strictly Come Dancing competitor. Champion Twirler of the Ring, he span around thrice, and everything went dark...

ReplyDelete... and then Gollum appeared as the lights came back . Frodo , Gandalf and Legolas had to quickly span the distance to where Aragorn was dancing the rhumba and suddenly samba music filled the room. the shift from slow rhythmic rhumba to samba made everyone frenetic until . . .

Gandalf drew himself to his full span of six feet three inches, turned slowly, and looked Spandalf up and down with a supercilious smile beginning to creep across his wise old features. "And who.. or rather WHAT.. is this?" he demanded to know.
