  1. Sang to the tune of "I Will Survive"

    at first i was afraid
    to shoot i was petrified,
    couldn't handle a Glock
    and now your back

i should have changed the lock
but now am good with my Glock
    so turn around now
    else all the bullets
    won't leave you alive
    but i will survive

as long as i know how to shoot with
    my revolver
    i will survive
    i will survive

  2. To the tune of Elton John's "Can you feel the love tonight?"

Can you feel the wind tonight?
It smells of passion and crime.
    My gun is loaded
    Where's your revolver?
    Hope it's not corroded.

...so many things to show them
    only they won't see.
    The only way to go
    most possible
is to hide behind a tree.

    WE're holding back, we're plotting
to kill them quick and fast.
We've run out of patience, and, darn, of ammunition
    there won't be a blast!

Can you feel the wind tonight?
We should go home and sleep.
    It was fun pretending
    now's the time for sleeping
    and for counting the sheep...

  3. Sing along with "Hey Jude" by The Beatles

Hey Dude, don't make me sad
Toss that plaid shirt into a shredder
Whenever you go outside of your house
Can you please try to dress up better?

Hey Dude, don't be so mad
There's your mom hey should I go get her?
The minute you start to take my advice
Then you will look profoundly better

And anytime you shop alone, hey Dude, go home
Don't try out that shirt upon your shoulders
For well you know that only fools break fashion rules
Please think of the eyes of the beholders
Na na na na na, na na na na

Hey Dude, put down that gun
Where'd you get that loaded revolver?
I warn you, you point that pistol at me
I'll get your mom, let's not involve her

So put it down and walk away, hey Dude, don't slay
You're wearing nice clothes, nice pants, nice sneakers
And look at all your polka dots, hey Jude, that rocks!
Diagonal stripes make you look bolder
Na na na na na, na na na na

Hey Dude, you let me live
I forgive you for your bright sweater
Goloshes will never go out of style
And your bowtie could not be better
    Better, better, better, better, better

Na na na, na-na na na
    Na-na na na, hey Dude...

  4. To Eleanor Rigby

Ah, look at my brand new revolver
Ah, look at my brand new revolver

    Phoenix weapon shop
Pick up a gun and feel how it fits in right hand palm
    Living a dream
    Pay at the cashier
Who does not run a background check required by law
    Who is it for?

My brand new revolver, just where did it come from?
My brand new revolver, I will use before long

    Mary Yarilo
Rejected me for the prom twenty years ago
    Newly divorced
    Still won’t give me time
Dating the ex-quarterback whose belly hangs low
    Why do I care?

My brand new revolver, just where did it come from?
My brand new revolver, I will use before long

Ah, look at my brand new revolver
Ah, look at my brand new revolver

    Mary Yarilo
Died in the church and was buried along with her name
    Everyone came
    Mary Yarilo
I wipe the tears from the quarterback’s blood shot eyes
    Nobody knows

My brand new revolver, just where did it come from?
My brand new revolver, I used it before long

  5. THE BEATLES NEVER HAD A HIT WITH THAT!
(And the melody has yet to be written)

My day breaks, my mind aches
Each day just goes so fast
    And though I wake
    And the day lasts
To the end of the beginning
I know what it's like to be dead
When I wake up early in the morning

    So I'm
    Turning like a turntable
    Spinning like a plate
Revolving like the chamber of a gun
    Revolver

I've got something I can laugh about
But turn around while she goes out.
    I'll be round,
    I'll be round,
She says. Look in my direction!
I love her and she's loving me
Though everybody seems to think I'm lazy

    And I'm
    Spinning like a spinning top
    Rolling like a ball
Revolving like the chamber of a gun
    Revolver

I could wait forever, I've got time
What you've got means such a lot to me
But I didn't know what I would find
Another road where maybe I could see?
    If I'm true
    I'll never leave
And we'll live a life of ease
Wiping the dirt from our hands
    But after all
    I'm no Wonderwall

    Feel I'm
Turning like I'm in a lathe
    Spinning like a coin
Revolving like the chamber of a gun
    Revolver

I don't understand what you said
And in your eyes I see nothing.
You've seen seven wonders and your bird is dead
And now you say your love can sing?
When I was a boy everything was right
But when I get near you now
The games begin to drag me down
    Is this all right?

    You've got me
    Bouncing up and dropping down
    And rolling like a ball
Turning like I'm in a lathe
    And spinning like a plate
    Turning like a turntable
    Tossed just like a coin
Revolving like the chamber of a gun
Revolving like the chamber of a gun
    Revolver
    Revolver

My head is filled with things to say
And I think I might just pull the trigger.

[Poem partly found in the lyrics of The Beatles' album Revolver.]
