ReplyDeleteThis could be a dia-phrenic spasm, resulting in regular expulsions of air from the midriff area, causing the repeated "he he he" sound you refer to. If mild, this will indistinguishable from laughter and therefore there is nothing I can or would prescribe.
However, if severe, then you should hug him tight and generally administer cuddles. This should ameliorate the situation.
