  2. Pagophagia Dessert

There is no specific recipe for Pagophagia Dessert since it’s all about whatever one’s preference is for ingredients or simply, what’s available, but the commonality is that it’s a layered dessert with shaved ice.

The types of ingredients that can be used is quite varied.

They could include fresh fruit like papayas, avocados or cherries. Beans like red mung beans, kidney beans and garbanzo beans are also an option. Other ingredients could include sugar palm fruit, tapioca, gelatins and corn kernels.

These ingredients would be placed at the bottom of the bowl or tall glass followed by the shaved ice.

Then either condensed milk or evaporated milk is poured over the mixture just before it’s served and then could be topped with anything from leche flan (flan), ube halaya (purple yam) or ice cream.

    Bon Apetit!

  4. Pagophagia Pie

    Ingredients :

    1 outbreak of pagophagia
1 gallon of fresh double cream
3 small children (either gender or both)

Mix the pagophagia with the cream, and administer to the small children at an external temperature of 80º F. The result should be a compulsive consumption of ice cream.

  5. Recipe for the perfect frozen encounter:

    A couple of judgmental people
    A bunch of cold looks
    A sprinkle of fearful energy
A good dose of pagophagia to make sure the whole thing freezes nicely.

Mix all the ingredients over high heat and let cool to sub zero temperatures. It's that simple.
