  2. Methuselah peered out of the bivouac in the garden his wife had made him sleep in, and pondered a new day. Why was he sleeping in a tent? He knew there must be a reason, but hidden deep within the hazy cobwebs of his ancient memories, he just couldn't remember, try as he might.

  3. He did remember one thing though, the smell of grass early in the morning before any human step claimed it for the day. Mmmm...or was it the stink of pee on the nearby electric fence? Hard to tell when you're in a bivouac and have lost track!No...not that noise ! This odd boy was at it again. Building this huge ship. And why? It hadn't rained in weeks, or was it months, he couldn't tell...?
