Today's recipe is for fictional fantasy lion, lightly braised on a bed of thyme stuffing and served with Jersey Royal new potatoes, and asparagus lightly sautéed in butter with lime and garlic.
ReplyDeleteFirst you must catch the lion which - as he is "not a tame lion" - could prove to be difficult. If the lion is not caught, then abandon the recipe and send out for a pizza.
To catch the Lion, you may need to enlist the assistance of a White Witch, though ensure you have access to the Cookery Book of Deeper Magic Before the Dawn of Thyme. The dubious help of 4 English public school 1950s siblings, one faun, a family of beavers, and a wardrobe, will also prove useful.
